Casablanca which petal is insufficient
A bulb of Casablanca had two flowers. But one of them has only four petals.
Some years ago, I found a Chinese bellflower of four petals in my container. took on June 13 2008
Normal Casablanca has six petals.
It has six stamen, and the tip of the pistil branches off into three.
But this flower has only five stamen and the tip of the pistil branches off into only two.This is the photo that I happened to take on the previous day of blooming.
I noticed the interesting look, and took this photo.
Chinese bellflower of four petals
I heard from a botanical artist that malformed flowers had increased in recent years.
If the accident of the environment gives birth to a deformed plant, I think it is scary
