Very popular autumn wild flower in Japan. There are different kinds, of color and of blooming time, but this purple one is the most common kind.
One of my friends gave me a small plant and I planted it in a small pot.
The Japanese common name is the same as the bird's name of a little cuckoo, because the purple patterns of the flower look like the spots of the chest of them.
