Japanese anemone

Japanese anemone (Anemone hupehensis var. Anemone japonica

This flower is kingcup department anemone belonging, but its name in Japan is mum. The shape of the flower and leaf are different from mum department. I don't know why it's called mum. It might come from the blooming season.
One day I had carelessly left it lack of water, but it recovered soon after I had watered it. I hear that it can survive cold weather. I hope it spend winter and I can see more flowers next year again.

My Japanese anemone is single-petaled pink, but there are some different kind. This is white one.

One of my friends who had white flower in her garden had cut them to give me.

Language of the flower.     patience. Patient love.
