This flower is kingcup department anemone belonging, but its name in Japan is mum. The shape of the flower and leaf are different from mum department. I don't know why it's called mum. It might come from the blooming season.
One day I had carelessly left it lack of water, but it recovered soon after I had watered it. I hear that it can survive cold weather. I hope it spend winter and I can see more flowers next year again.

My Japanese anemone is single-petaled pink, but there are some different kind. This is white one. One of my friends who had white flower in her garden had cut them to give me.
