As you know, hyacinth can grow by a water.
I put a hyacinth bulb on a ball sinking only the bottom of the bulb in water, and put in a refrigerator. It was in October.
The root appeared in a week and grew long day by day.
When the roots became enough long, I took it out and placed it in sunshine. Then the branch changed its color green and grew long. Soon it had buds.
It bloomed on the New Year's day of Mullennium.
Originally hyacinth comes out in the end of March or in April. But it came out so earlier. Maybe it came from brightness control and temperature control.
